Any idea when they might be available?

Hopefully by end of month.

I've reassembled my pump, cylinders, reworked wiring and am looking to test module(s) ASAP. Work has had me traveling quite a bit lately and other stuff going on.

Right now I'm trying to troubleshoot an issue with my top before I try to operate it and damage something. The tonneau is making contact with the hard top when opening the roof and I can't seem to figure it out. Guessing something needs to be adjusted, but when closing the roof everything lines up, so not quite sure what is going on.

Open to suggestions. :)

Here's a thought, contact any company that works on these units and ask if they have any suggestions. Top Hydraulics is one such company. I believe they rebuild the hydraulic cylinders and it would make sense that they have a good working knowledge of the system. It may be a long shot but worth a try. Good luck

Not sure if that was a reply to me or OP, but in my case pump and cylinders are all from Top Hydraulics. Issue isn't related to either as it does this with all the hydraulics out of the way when manually opening the top. Seems like something needs to be adjusted.

Ironically someone else posted w/ similar issue a couple days ago here.

Talked to Klaus and he hasn't seen this issue first hand.

Seems like top moves freely and when I close it, everything lines up so seems a bit weird that when I open it and stow, it doesn't stow all the way.

I don't see the op hitting anything and there's definitely nothing in the way. Only thought I have is I wonder if the bump stops are adjustable in the back. IF so, might see if I can lower those and if that will accomplish the trick.

Going to go back out to the shop tonight as I'm in the middle of converting the interior from Shale to Black/Ebony and dealing with that as well right now. :)

I wasn't sure if Top Hydraulics just repaired pieces and parts or if they did the installs as well. If they do they may have seen this problem before.
Good luck on the interior, are you replacing it or dying the old?

I've dyed the carpets already and they came out decent.

Going to paint the plastic trim w/ SEM products and most likely doing that today. If it doesn't turn out very good, then I'll just go and buy the pieces in black; however, the prices people are asking for simple plastic trim on-line is insane so figure I might as well try painting first.
