I am considering changing my V away from the Pirelli eufori@ and at the same time changing the wheels. Maybe to 20" to increase the variety of tires available. However I like the look of the stock wheels and can find them for less than $1900/set.

My question is for those of you who have put on different tires. Pirelli lists the 255/40-19 as having 849 revs/mile, which is way off the calculated amount (746) for this size tire. Are people seeing a lot of speedo error or other issues when going with a non-standard tire?

I just re-programmed my ECM/TCM with EFIlive to fix the error... but even if you didn't, its probably not going to matter much for every day driving.

Thanks for the good info. I am looking into the Forgeline wheels. Do you know your offsets? I am thinking around 46mm to keep the outside of the tire about the same. This would shift the inside 30mm closer to the center.

Mine are spaced for big-brakes... I currently have the z06 front/rear calipers on... so yours may be different if you dont plan on changing out your brakes...

the forgeline dealer can help you with the spacing, I ended up buying mine from D3 and they did all the measurements for me to ensure it would all work
