power ports

Does anybody know if the power ports, in the console or cig lighter, are "hot" all the time or do they shut off after a period of time, like connected to the RAP system? Can't find it in the shop manuals.

I believe the one in the storage bin is on all the time...

Cigarette lighter is on the RAP circuit.
