Pre-Certified clarification

I have a question concerning pre certified XLR's and my lack of knowledge concerning this issue. Does pre certification by a Dealor mean that any Cadillac Dealor must honor the pre certified warranty?

Yes, any Caddy dealer would have to honor the warranty.
