Race Ramps

Interesting you posted this message because I just received my 2 PC 56" Race Ramps today. I purchased mine on eBay which cost less than buying from RaceRamps.com directly and I'm still eligible for the rebate. :jump:

I also have a set of Flat Stoppers from Race Ramps that I've had for several years and they work great. I have a set of 285/30 ZR 20 tires on my Shelby and the tires would get flat spots in a short amount of time. Flat Stoppers took care of that problem. :)

I also purchased a pair of chocks which put me over the $$$$ amount for the rebate.

Anything from Race Ramps is worth the $$$$.

I bought a pair of 12000 Rhino Ramps several years ago that raise the car up 7" for less than $50. I needed them to be able to get under my Vet for oil and filter changes.

If it weren't for the Flat Stoppers I already had, I probably wouldn't have spent the extra money.

The high cost you pay for Race Ramps is what your not getting, the WEIGHT. I checked out Rhino Ramps at Advanced Auto and although they were lighter than the steel ramps, they still weighed significantly more than the Race Ramps. I didn't need the 10K capacity for what I'm lifting so I went with the Race Ramps.

I was thinking about buying the Flat Stoppers. I was wondering if they would help the tires. After what you said here, I think you pushed me over the edge. I'm going to get a set! Thanks for the review!

Chad, it sounds like a great present Rogene could buy you for Christmas.
