There is one on eBay, part number 20939829, which is also used on the Corvette. But according to some on here, I don't know what I'm talking about!

This is one item that I personally think the aftermarket is better than the stock. You will have trouble getting the proper nutserts for the factory one that does not come with them. Make sure you order one with the certs already installed. If anyone needs any I have the ones that pull out of the frame itself and some for the support bar. Also the o4/05 and 06 up I think have different horn mounts so you may have to fabricate those of just buy the bracket for the 2 horns as there are 2 different brackets if the support is not drilled In the proper place for yours. Corvette is the same as XLR so tell him Cubby is correct.

Weld it
If you broke it by hitting a curb or parking barrier, you may be able to get it welded back together. This thing is aluminum, so be sure it's someone who knows what he's doing.
Right after I got my 06, I broke mine. Took it the Caddy dealership. They ordered a new one and installed it: $2600. A few months later, I did it again. This time I took it to my regular general mechanic. He got it welded - good as new: $300. I have since installed a curb sensor and haven't had any more issues.
