Right high beam sticking

Another lamp related question. My right side high beam sticks. After returning the head lights to low beam, the left side returns normally, but the right side remains on high for several minutes, eventually returning to low without any further action on my part.

Any input?

There's actually a "shutter" to give you your high beams. I believe it's mechanical; there may be an issue with that, since the bulb itself doesn't change at all.
