Tire Pressure Monitor Part Number

Does anyone know the GM part number for the tire pressure monitors? I want to buy a set for my new set of wheels. Thanks in advance.

GM part #25758220 for '05 or newer. If you have an '04 you need to use part # 25758221. I only know this because I had an '04 with a bad sensor. When they ordered it, the new one was sent and couldn't get it programmed to the car. Ended up getting the other sensor and all was fine.
