Torque specs for front/rear brake rotors and calipers? Monoleaf Spring Adjusters?

Getting ready to do my own brakes on a 2007 XLR V.

Can anybody help and let me know what the torque specs are for the front and rear brake rotors and calipers?

Also, has anybody had to replace the mono leaf spring adjusters? Cadillac dealer states they only can be aquired with a new mono leaf spring purchase. My rubbers are totally squished which may be causing some noise that sounds like sway bar end link noise.
