I've been struggling with this myself. Michigan has a nice online tool to check for availability and render what it would look like. I've had some great plates in the past and while I have a pretty good list, none of them really "trip my trigger." I have a (fairly rare) '08 XLR-V in Crystal Red with Ebony interior.

Hey, how about some comments about your personal favorites?

If you're in Michigan, please don't "steal" my idea before I get it plated, but...

All of the following are available and allowed in MI:

RARE V
ONEOF26

CAD1VET

Michigan has a fund-raising plate that says "Children's Trust Fund" across the bottom so:

I like ONEOF26. Think that’s cool.

For me, mixing the XLR with a Vette is not something I’m a fan of.

The trust fund ones are funny.

Here in N.Y. CADVETTE , AN XLR and 2005 XLR are available
I finally tried to decide between .RARE CAR
and XLRVETTE and ordered XLRVETTE .
Of yours , I like FASTXLR.

I like that caddyvet. I also like the all of the trust funds. You can try and hide its heritage or be proud of it. "rare", and "one of" get vandalism claims. "research it"
