I spoke to Customer assistance today, not much help. They said they will call me back on Wednesday to follow up on the progress. The car is not going to heal itself at my house. They would not recommend another dealer and said all dealers have the same amount of training.
Hopefully someone at Bowling Green (on the GM payroll) will be able to help.
I am a short step away from seeking legal action as I have no other recourse.
Next step, Call Cadillac Customer Relations, ask who your District Manager is and their phone number and email address. They may call them a Regional Manager or Zone Manager. This is the person from Cadillac that works directly with the dealers in your area. Mine here has already supplied me with the one in Arizona. I would also write a letter to the Chairman of the Board of General Motors and to the head man at Cadillac and start working from the top down. I am really appaled that you are having this much trouble. I would think this person that comes on the forum called Caron would be in there fighting for you. I have been in bed for seven days, saw the doctor today for more test trying to find out what is wrong, as soon as I am able I will stop by my dealer. PM me and tell me the two dealers that are giving you a bad time and I will see what I can do to help.
