While my 05 was up on the rack getting the corsa exhaust system installed I was looking around under the car and noticed engine oil on the lower part of the engine. We investigated and the oil was running down the front of the motor from up high. It appears the oil is coming from the cam covers. Has anyone else had this happen and what all does it involve to correct this, price included. Thanks. PS: if anyone needs a stock exhaust for a 05 xlr mine is available

They can put a dye in the oil and the leak(s) will show up under a "black" light inspection...

I have the same problem with the leaking cam covers on the front of the engine. Went to the dealer parts counter, they are still scratching their heads. ANYONE know what part number these are??
