Center Console Cupholder/Shifter Compartment Removal

How is that whole compartment removed ?? it's obvious that the shifter knob has to come off first; What holds it on? Then how can the rest be removed? I think the wood/metal panel just pries off ; (Has (4) metal spring clips that hold it?) After the wood/metal panel is pried off, are there screws holding the plastic cup holder/ cigarette lighter assembly in place that are easy to get at??

I have to remove the entire assembly. The reason is personal. I wrote a thread about my used center console box to you; do you still want it? If so, phone me- my number is in that thread.

See if this helps.
Pull the chrome trim ring down on the shifter stalk.
Loosen the screw that holds the shift knob in place. (Torx T-15)
Open the ashtray door.
Starting from the rear, pull the console up, moving from the rear to the forward corners to free it from the retaining clips.
Disconnect the electrical connector.
