What adhesive is used to repair a delaminated roof on my 2005 XLR

I don't know, & a few people have asked on here and I don't recall an answer being posted. BUT, since it was a problem with the solid roof panels on early C6's, maybe try googling "corvette roof adhesive." I found tons of discussions on it, including epoxy vs. other choices - didn't have time to sort through and find a solid answer but maybe you can.

Also ran across a TSB that included XLR's & mentioned a metal adhesive (though our roof isn't metal). Couldn't access the details but an Alldata subscription might get you there.

Good luck -

If you mean the top panel, then it's made of SMC (Sheet Molded Composite.) For structural bonding, GM recommends the following adhesives:

GM Goodwrench Plastic Structural Adhesive (P/N 89020330)
Fusor 127 EZ Structural Adhesive (GM P/N 12345726)

These aren't DIY repairs unless you have the proper training and experience.
