Help! Front console power plug not working

New member here (getting myplates today!) with a 2007 black/cashmere XLR. Discovered (after arriving home) that while the rear power plug in the center console (under the leather cover) works, the front power plug (next to the cupholders) does not. If it's not easily fixable, no worries. I found a fuse box diagram (Cadillac XLR (2007 – 2008) – fuse box diagram | Auto Genius) and it references #46 for the 'cigar lighter' (hah!). Anyone know if this controls both lighters?

They are powered by separate fuses.

Thanks! On closer inspection, it looks like 46 powers the actual 'lighter' next to the cupholders (under the wood cover) while 45 powers the 'auxiliary power' in the storage console. Fingers crossed!
