Just wanted to let you guys know that I met a master tech today at Casa De Cadillac. His name is Barry and he took good care of my XLR this morning. As I suspected one of the potentiometers for the roof had failed so, he replaced it and reprogrammed the roof with the latest update from 2009. I was in and out of there in two hours. So, if your XLR needs looking at and you're in the Los Angeles area, go see Barry.
