Headlight tint

Have any of you used Laminate-X precut headlight tint? Did it help hide the crazing? Was it worth it? What tint did you use? I’m thinking of the lightest tint, but I’m tempted to use gunsmoke.

I just checked them out on the website. Looks like a good idea but the install on out XLR headlights will be very difficult with the sharp angles. I might pull mine and spray a tinted clearcoat over them, any bodyshop can do this.

Sorry, I'm no help for tinted film application,,,,,as I did the 'clear film' on our XLR headlights. But in reference to the install on the headlight 'sharp angles',,,,it really wasn't that hard to install them if you follow the directions step-by-step. Take your time, and an extra set of hands helped. Couldn't even tell that our headlights had the clear film on them when job was completed. They sure saved the headlights from being hit with the flying grit/sand/big bugs/and other road stuff hitting the lenses, IMO.
