Hey this is the best news I have had all year!

That's exactly what I was thinking. I'm not a car collector I am a car USER and my XLR is in the shop again today.

With this bit of positive information from Hagerty I will definitely be on the look out for some nice person looking to invest in a future classic car.
 
I did the same - red 04 bird. Now wondering which one I'm gonna lose the most on!! Really like both of them, but they are definitely not a car made for resale!:thumbsup

Interestingly my Cadillac XLR is 10 years old and still worth around 20K. The car I owned before the XLR was a Mercedes SL500 which was 10 years old when I sold it and it was only bringing 11K


So... the XLR is doing fairly well in terms of retaining it's value.

Mine was red, or I should say my wife's. And most definitely not comparable.
