Help! Indexing Windows

Can someone share the link on how to replace the battery and index the windows please? My ‘06 is D.O.A. ;(

Indexing windows

Here's how Index my window. With the car running I put the drivers window down and keeping my hand on the button once it's down count to five. Then I put the window up and when it's up keep holding the button and count to five. Then I do the other window. I have had a problem with my passenger window and on occasion I have to re do it and will hold the button a little longer.
