So, there are a lot of interior colors for the 5 years the XLR ran! I knew for sure that my main interior color is Shale from the RPO code 15L "Shale Interior Trim"
However, I was only about 90% confident that my secondary interior color is Medium Neutral. After a bit of poking around, I finally pulled a trim panel that still had the sticker with the color on it... the driver side A-pillar trim panel had the sticker with the name.
Also, I really thought that all of the panels were wrapped in leather... it turns out, only the seats, steering wheel, shifter knob, and maybe the door panels are real leather. The rest is vinyl.
I plan to order some color matching dye from seat doctor: Cadillac XLR Leather Dye — Seat Doctors
Has anyone ever dye'd leather or repaired a rip in their seat themselves? Any advice?
