Ran across this company on Instagram, it seems that they have quite a few XLR's that they are parting out. Of course, headlights and taillights are priced high, but some parts are somewhat reasonable, and they do list a couple of USED top control modules.

they used to be really good several years ago and their prices were very fair. they seem to ask top dollar now as in 200 for a top module? you can get them from the dealer new for under 700 but they do stand behind their products very well and I have never bought a bad part from them.
