Lloyd Mats

In December of 2015, I ordered some custom mats from Lloyd's. Lots of comments on them and very plush/luxurious. Wife would kick her shoes off just to feel the carpet. Well, last November or so one of the locking grommets pulled out. About a month or so later, the other grommet pulled out. It was on the driver's side. I contacted C/S at Lloyd's Mats and advised them of the situation. They were more than concerned and said to ship the mat back. Christmas season came up, New Year's was hectic and I never got time to send the thing back. About a month ago I re-established contact and was told to send them back. I did and about a week later, I received a complete new set of the mats, no charge.

Planning to get a set for my car but I have a question, has anyone experienced a decrease in noise by utilizing the trunk "Luxe"? I'm thinking it could make it quieter.

My son got me a set of the Lloyds mats for Christmas I haven't put them in the car yet, it is winter here had 2' of snow and the temp is about 12* today lol, but they look very nice the Cadillac logo looks great cant wait to put them in. The XLR is sleeping till May when I get home from Florida.

I ordered a set of Lloyd Mats as soon as I won the auction for my '05 XLR. They finally arrived today, and they look great and fit perfect. I was worried about the color being off, but I believe that I ordered the closest matching color. Let me know what you think. These are the Luxe with the standard border and Silver Logo in Light Tan.
