In December of 2015, I ordered some custom mats from Lloyd's. Lots of comments on them and very plush/luxurious. Wife would kick her shoes off just to feel the carpet. Well, last November or so one of the locking grommets pulled out. About a month or so later, the other grommet pulled out. It was on the driver's side. I contacted C/S at Lloyd's Mats and advised them of the situation. They were more than concerned and said to ship the mat back. Christmas season came up, New Year's was hectic and I never got time to send the thing back. About a month ago I re-established contact and was told to send them back. I did and about a week later, I received a complete new set of the mats, no charge.
