Help! Three new Problems

I need the tool for manual closing of the top.
The engine quit on me while underway 3 times on the last outing. Otherwise, the engine running and shifting smoothly.
Canot shift to manual mode. The dealer XLR technician says he has run into this problem and requires a part no longer available

The vehicle is fully serviced by the dealer and everything is up to date. I do not do any work on the vehicle myself.

Just get a 8 mm tee handle Allen wrench for the top. The original tool also had a torx on one end that fits the screws inside the back storage so you can remove it if you want to manually put the top down.
