Right Rear Taillight

My XLR/V(s)
2004 Black Excaliber
My running lights went out on my right rear taillight, the brake light work. Has anyone have a diagram of these plastic snap in parts so I will know where they are at? Anyone have instructions on how is the best way to get it out?
And where to get it fixed. Please Help
