"Squeaking# driver's seat cushion leather

My driver's seat leather cushion squeaks a little as I drive. Question#1 - Is it leather or vinyl? Question #2- can I use "NEATSFOOT OIL COMPOUND" on it to stop the squeaking regardless of the composition? Question #3-If not what would be recommended?

Turn the radio up louder.

Don’t necessarily mean to be smart aleck, but once I got my seat fully leather treated it started squeaking, I think it’s rubbing on the arm rest. It hasn’t bothered me enough to worry about figuring it out, as I only hear it when the top is up and radio turned down, & I’m guessing I’d have to degrade the leather treatment to fix it.
