Help! Unable to reset Memory Seat settings

Hi, new owner here and I have found one issue. The drivers seat functions well but I do not get the 2 Beeps when I try to reset the seat/mirror/strg wheel. It obviously is retaining what is in the memory because it goes to a position (not close to my needs) and goes to an exit position when exiting the car. Since I am not getting any beeps on 1, 2 or Exit buttons would this most likely me the module or the buttons?

Never timed it but, I would say at least 15 seconds...maybe more?

May sound Hokey but try disconnecting the Battery (-) for a couple hours.
Also RTFM.
