Little confused here. I have a printout for the top from Alldata fully open to fully closed.
1. front tonneau opens
2. trunk opens
3. rear tonneau retracts
4. top closes
5. front tonneau closes...(then stops. this is where it hangs)
6. trunk closes
7. chimes
The pic that Rexter sent shows a sensor on the drivers side of the top linkage. Is that the sensor for the front tonneau also? Seems like there should be one for the front tonneau alone. Feel like I'm spinning my wheels. Sorry for my confusion.

Check out the attachment. You need a TECH II, but I think you mentioned you have one. Should be in your service manuals how-to.

The Top Position Sensor is behind the vinyl cover on the driver's side, just behind the head rest. The Front Tonneau sensor is between the linkages in the center of the front wall of the trunk.
