Your tire pressure monitor system has a fault and needs to be serviced. I'd take to a tire shop and have them reprogram the sensors in the tire.

I called Cadillac service and they said it probably needed new sensor(s)?

I had all four replaced at Costco, cost only $220

what does this display message mean?
