Thank you for welcoming all of us to your wonderful forum. You have been very helpful and accomodating. I hope you will be joining us at one of the trips planned. Hopefully San Anton? I can already see this forum is much better than the old.
Thanks again Rob. You are going to enjoy this group of people. They welcome new friends and they will be your friend for some time to come.

Thank you for the kind words. I'm glad to have you guys here and I'm looking forward to possibly joining all of you at one of your events.

As for the lending of money....

Believe me, if I had the money, I'd be investing it in this market too. Unfortunately, things are starting to tighten for me as well, so "Rob's Bank of America" is currently closed for business at the moment.
