I had new tires installed at Costco. After installation the left side displays four pounds higher reading than the right. They put the same amount of air in each tire. I drove the car over one hundred miles and the display is still the same. I returned to Costco and as I stood there they re-learned the tires, correct procedure and the beeps were correct. He also stated that all the tires read the same. 35 pounds.
What is the secret to having the in car display show the correct amount of air?
Thanks, in advance

They'll never show the exact same pressure, at least in my experience. Main thing you want to look for is the difference in pressure in each tire. When you had new tires installed, did you get new tpms valves? The age of the valves I think has a lot to do with it as well. Batteries in the valves drain at different levels. If mine are within a pound or two of each other, I don't sweat it

Are they reading the tires with TPMS tool?
Are they filled with air or nitrogen?
If the left side is in the sun they will read higher (heat).
I can set mine all identical, at least until I move it.
