Trailering

I am contemplating trailering my V to Florida this fall. I will need to secure the car to the trailer. Does anyone have any experience with doing this, and know where the best attacment points are? or to use "basket harness", or ratcheting straps etc.???

Much obliged for any info, as I need it.

I would tie it down via the wheels... either over the tires, or thru' the wheels... that way the car is riding on its on suspension but still tied down securely.
