Here's mine. Not too many because when I find something I like I tend to keep it a while (absent getting it wrecked).

The '70 is probably my favorite (next to the XLR). I hated it at the time - we were both teenagers and an olive drab green/ yellow upholstery old car didn't seem cool. But I grew to appreciate its ability to road trip, & carry friends & kegs. And to have enough power that I wore out the motor mounts.

Funny thing when you are old enough to drive these when they were used for 0 - 2000 dollars...

- 70 challenger with a 440 magnum- $800
- 64 special with a 310 wildcat aluminum motor - $50
- 65 GTO with a 389 4v and a 3-speed manual (stock sun tach) - $100
- 63 CDV -$500
- 66 Toronado fully loaded with a bad tyranny...free
- 68 Impala 327 4v...$200
- 64 Mustang convertible...5 bolt D-code 289 4v with stock top loader 4-speed - $2000
- 67 Olds Cutlass convertible - $800
- 65 Olds F-85 - $800

all 2-door and most driven to the ground and let go when I could not afford to fix


Many more...most would be collectables today...and would beat the XLR

So, I say...Have Fun! ...(and keep the XLR for another 30 years LOL)

Lots of Corvettes and Oldsmobile Toronados, only one person owned up to owning a Vega. Okay, I'll fess up to owning a Vega also, and I miss it! It was a 1972 wagon with a 383 stroker. Lot's of other cars too.

Vega...I recall getting smoked by one of those...against a 67 mustang 289 4v...the vega was "stock"...with a cosworth motor...wonder what that would be worth now?
