XLR certification question

My last XLR was certified, the new one I just bought is not. Is it possible for me to pay and get it certified? 2006 w/13K miles.

I have an 04 with 40k miles that is not certified... not sure if I have any options that may be available to the OP since his is 2 years newer but Im curious as well
