XLR spotted in Damages

In season one of Damages, episode three, there is a nice shot of a Light Platinum XLR that is brought up in a parking garage for Michael Nouri. He even puts the top down before pulling out of the garage. It looks great!

There is also a silver one in the movie Takers.

On FX's Sons of Anarchy Gemma Teller drove a 09 Black XLR which they crashed into a barrier and smashed the front in on.

There was an episode of the original CSI that featured one that drove through a fence and into a swimming pool while there was a party going on. This was several seasons ago.

However, The Mentalist episode aired on 2/10/11 featured an XLR briefly. The featured protagonist drove off in a black one.

I suspect that one of the studios has a black one and another has a silver one in their stable of vehicles. We are probably seeing the same 2 or 3 cars over and over again!
