XLR-V engine rattle on startup

I’ve got a 2007 XLR-V. I’ve noticed a slight engine rattle on startup. Once I tap the throttle it stops and stays silent until the next startup. Any ideas? Figured I’d ask the experts before I start digging into it.
I’m thinking maybe timing chain?
Engine has 43k on it.

I ran my 07v to 250k without any internal engine issues(smoking finally ended it)
I would put a code reader on it and check for misfiring. Maybe coil, or could be plug or injector going bad.
I have had a couple of coils go bad.

Timing chains are pretty robust .tensioners seem to continue to rattel if bad. How about after a drive and a short stop then a restart? Does it take overnight to develop
