2004 Cadillac XLR

I slammed on the brakes and the ABS and Stabilizer red warning lights came on in the dashboard , took it to GM dealer and the computer would not them override it.

it says I need a Brake Pressure Modulator Valve BPMV, the valve is stuck either shut or open, they couldn't cycle the system so they couldn't function it to check it out.

GM Part #89060303, whitch shows out of stock, discontinued.original part number is
18048946.

the only place I could find one is at a parts wrecking yard? any recommendations?
