Help! Alternator Removal and Replacement

Looking for help. How do you remove the alternator? I have finally isolated the squeal a bad bearing in the alternator. After looking at the alternation location I have no idea how you would remove it.

Before you go and do all that! I thought mine had a bad tensioner, so we bought one and replaced it, only to find the belt was out of line. I had it at the dealership, and while it was there, I ask them to check it out. They realigned everything and it took care of it. Never came back!
