Yes it's under lighting systems page 8-538. And the electrical diagram is under stationary windows page 8-1013. This is all in the vol.2 booklet. My 04 version is a two book version I know they changed to a three book version with later years.
It shows the clear lens being popped out and simply replacing the bulb. Haven't looked at my mirror to verify.

I changed my mirror bulbs to LED, remove the clear lens and pull the bulbs pull straight out, they are the wedge type bulbs. They can be difficult to remove, no room to get your fingers in there to grab. I took some heat shrink tubing and put it around the bulb and they pulled right out.
