View attachment 3489Can anyone identify these wheels?
Perhaps Z-06 Vette?
I have searched many suppliers and cannot find similar ones.
The centre cap is not a true Caddy image.
Thanks,
Gord.
Those are corvette "spyder" wheels. I don't know if their base,z51,or z06. One way to check is the rear sizing. Z51and z06 would have a 19/11 which the base would be 19/10. Check ebay they have all the models available.
Thank you Stella.
I thought they were Vette wheels. The size of mine is 18", Not 19".
Regards
Gord.
Sorry I don't have any photos. If your trying to see if the wheels on your car are original. One way is to look at the backside of the lug mounting area. If their factory wheels they will have GM stamped in it along with the part#,size, and offset. All:
I received my laminated Build Sheet and Window Sticker recently.
They are nicely done, complete with masking tape on the Build Sheet!
I note that the Options list PD5 XLR Chrome Wheels, $1,000.
Does anyone have a photo of that option? I have been unable to find it to date.
Thanks,
Gord.

Victor: My XLR is a 2008 model.
This what I found on a quick search for your $1000 wheel option:

I've seen those and another pair that have a thinner spoke than the V wheel. Theirs a lot of spokes maybe thirty and the whole rim and spokes are polished. Arn't they the wheels that come on the platinum version's? Need to see if the wheels in question are GM stamped.
I believe so.....they are the Platinum version.
After further searching the 2008 XLR PD5 chrome wheel this is more likely the wheel that was on Gord's '08 XLR:

Not the ones I have Mike. These appear to be 2009 units. Was your search for 2008?
A photo of mine at the top of the thread.
Thanks for looking.
Gord.
The wheels you currently have on your XLR, I've never seen in the XLR wheel line up?Stella identified your current wheels as Corvette wheels, for me, I can't say
.
The wheel I found for the '08 base is the 7 spoke I posted from eBay. More than likely, it's the wheels your XLR had installed from the factory. Maybe someone else on the forum could say for sure, but I think the "PD5" code on your build sheet means CROME.
I really like the wheels, just looking for replacement supplier just in 'case'.I believe so.....they are the Platinum version.

}these are the vette "spyder" wheels. Victor is right on the pd5 option maybe the prior owner sold the stock wheels. Only way to find out for sure is check the lug area it'll have markings of manufacturer.
