Pasenger seat bottom replacement

Will be replacing my passenger seat bottom , have a new one from Richmond. Question is will I have problem with the window positions and top positioned Pots if the top and windows are down when I disconnect the battery to remove the seat. Any help is appreciated.

I have disconnected my battery many times and have never had a problem.
