My 2006 XLR recently stopped working the steering wheel memory part of the wheel coming to the chosen memory setting when starting the car. It does still works on the exit setting. Any ideas? I'd appreciate any comments.:blinzel:

Mine does this too occasionally. Kind of guess they all do. Just set the seat and everything (side mirrors etc) up the way you want them and reprogram by pressing and holding the correct (Driver 1 or Driver 2) button till it beeps.
There are so many things to learn & remember with this car. If you dont have an owners manual you can download one here!

I have tried that many times, and it hasn't fixed the problem. Thanks

Dang. I assumed you had not as you didnt mention it. Sorry, I cant help further, not sure if that would show up on a diagnostic tool.

Push the middle "exit" button.
Move your steering wheel, seat, etc to where you want them on exit.
Hold down the middle button till it beeps.
Push your driver memory button 1 or 2
Set your seat etc where you want.
Press and hold your driver 1 or 2 button till it beeps.

I used to be able to set the mirrors to look down at the rear tire by holding the save button while in reverse, that seems to be hit and miss on programming though.

I'm sure the correct method is in the manual.
