Sun Visors

The sun visors on my 2009 are hanging down lower than I would like.
Is there a way to adjust the visor on the steel rod that they are attached to?

I don't know of anyone who has fixed this. I have had 3 xlr's and all the same. Very annoying with a helmet on - you can't move your head forward!
