XLR 2004, the trunk not open, the roof not work, message dashboard that says, roof overheating engine, I need to change the pump and the module, or only the pump, do you have any advice

Probably just the pump since the overheat thermistor is in the pump. You can have it rebuilt for a reasonable cost.
