XLR-V Drivers seat stuck in high position.

I have a 2008 XLR-V and the drivers seat seems to be stuck in the "Full up" position. The motor is working but no movement. Has anyone had a similar problem and I would love any advice before I start to pull the seat assembly out. Being based in UK makes it impossible to call on your local dealer for advice. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Did you try all movements with your weight on it, I have not seen or heard of this one at all! I would think that there is only one fuse to seat motor but maybe not???Also trying searching the forum here, if you have not already! Good luck!

Thanks. There is power to the motor and it tries to move (you can feel the pull) . Seems like it has overshot some sort of stop or something. Strange! Looks like it's seat out and turn upside down to see what goes on under there.
