follow up Well the dealer ended up installing the new pump after testing old one with a new sensor. Total cost was 1200.00 for their end plus 400.00 for the pump from Oregon. Oh well, still better than their pump cost. And all is well again. Thanks again to all who replied....

GMPP Took car in for tiny fluid leak. I have the gmpp warranty, thank goodness! They found 3 leaks that require the whole engine to be taken apart, as well as 2 leaky struts. Dealer put in wrong code on the struts and told me that gm wouldn't cover at a cost to me of around 2,900.00. I...

I like the classic names instead of 3 letters…... Eldorado, Fleetwood, Seville……All the original car names verses 3 letters, to me is more classy and symbolic of the Cadillac brand. Hope they call it a Eldorado, and not something like ets. Xlr though always fits for a Roadster!!!
