Bluetooth in 2009 only?

so I have two questions - with bluetooth in the XLR will I be able to access my phone apps through the existing satellite radio? specifically pandora and I suppose apple navigation.

secondly I am looking at a 2008 with bluetooth in the description - was bluetooth available in other years aside for 2009?

Maybe a late 08 model but I can’t confirm that. Could be a modern radio replacement in it. The stock radio does not have car play so no apps. Just wireless phone connection.
