Does anyone else beside me think this was a terrible place to locate these buttons. I accidentally hit these all the time getting in and out of the car, vacuuming the car, etc.
These buttons should have been on the door.
I NEVER use them so I tried to relocate the switch to under the seat so the buttons would be out of my way. That is not possible as the button housing is not the snap-in variety. It is plastic welded into its plastic housing.
However it is very easy to disconnect the buttons from their switch so they don’t work at all. The connector is under the seat near the buttons and will can be accessed without removing the seat.
