Congratulations on your newly acquired XLR. I also have a 2005 - you will just absolutely love it! Please post some pictures when you get a chance - I bet you will have some beautiful backgrounds with your Caddy. I get looks all the time with mine - and I'm in the US... I can only imagine how people will react seeing your car in Norway. Very cool!

Here are a coupe of pictures of the car. It came to Norway in 2007 and has basicly been standing on display at a dealership since then. It only has 16.000 km (10.000 miles).

This will be a summer-car only. And summer is not very long here, but we have midnight sun for two months

I have been reading on the forum lately about some problems people have had with the XLRs. It makes me a little nervous being so far away from any Cadillac mechanic....

There were two issues with the car when I got it that I hope to get fixed: The display is showing "svc tire monitor", seems like left front is not working. Is it just to order a new sensor? I have seen some on ebay....
Also one of the transmitters to open the car is not working. I guess after checking the battery I will try reprogramme it?

Well, this should probably been posted another place in the forum...
Still hope XLR to be a dependeble car....
