Matte black XLR

sure would cut down on the waxing...

I actually like matte finishes on cars. Makes it look like it has more muscle.
 
The first time I saw a car done in matte we were in LA .... I thought they were cars with a coat of primer on them ... I think you need the light to show the subtle lines of the car. Not a fan.
 
Well that's pretty cool.

Looks like it is custom designed and installed. Certainly should protect the paint assuming it comes off well.

I agree... cars done in matte look unfinished with just a primer. Not a fan, either...
 
I just sent my grille to the chrome shop, no way I'm covering it up :) I've seen several cars here around L.A. including some high end exotic ones done in the matte black. I think it looks good on certain cars, I think the XLR would look pretty mean in it.
